摘要
从人员角色出发研究企业竞争情报人员体系结构,提出了现代企业竞争情报管理人员的11类角色,依次分析了各层级竞争情报管理人员扮演的角色差异。竞争情报管理人员要根据自己在企业竞争情报活动中的特点配备所需的知识、技术和能力。竞争情报管理人员角色划分有利于企业对竞争情报人员的培训和职业生涯的规划,使企业竞争情报人力资源能更好地与企业竞争战略相匹配。
This paper studies the system structure of enterprise Competitive Intelligence (CI) professionals from their different roles. It divides the modem enterprise CI managers into 11 categories, and analyzes the roles of the CI managers at different levels. The CI managers should possess the knowledge, skill and ability required in the enterprise CI activities. The division of the roles of the CI managers not only contributes to the training and career planning of CI professionals, but also match the CI human resources with the enterprise' s competitive strategy better.
