摘要
为了研究棉网清洁器反齿导向盖板隔距大小和风量大小组合对生条质量的影响,采用Uster AFIS单纤维测试系统,对A186F梳棉机后罩板采用棉网清洁器的3档反齿导向盖板隔距和4档棉网清洁器风量,在不同组合条件下生产的生条质量进行了检测,检测结果显示,过大与过小的反齿导向盖板隔距对生条质量均有不利影响。在本试验条件下,以隔距采用0.43 mm并配合较大风量比较有利于生条质量的全面提高。
Quality of sliver forming is tested using Uster AFIS single fiber testing system under different integrated conditions for the rear hood of the card A186F equipped with back teeth guided flat with cotton web cleaner for the 3-step gauges and cotton web cleaner for 4-step wind throughput. Test shows that gauge excess small or excess large will result in poor quality of sliver forming. Conclusion is made that gauge of 0.43 mm with larger wind throughput is better for sliver forming in general.
