摘要 首先介绍了内馈斩波串级调速的工作原理,其次采用状态空间平均模型建立了内馈斩波串级调速系统的小信号模型,推导了斩波器双闭环控制系统的动态模型,并用DSP实现了全数字控制.斩波器电流内环控制,提高了系统的可靠性,改善了速度稳态精度和动态响应.本系统已运行于工业现场,节能效果显著. A novel model of inner-feed chopper cascade variable speed drive system using the state-space averaging method is proposed in this paper. The dual closed loop control strategy is then presented based on the model. The control circuits for realizing the control strategy are also investigated. Finally, a drive test is carried out, and the experiment results indicate the feasibility of the model and control strategy. Based on the control strategy, several devices with remarkable energy-saving effect are running well in the industry field. They exhibit excellent performance such as reliable DC-current protection ability, good dynamic response and static precision.
