摘要
采用双向凝胶电泳和计算机辅助分析方法,比较辣椒细胞质雄性不育系W9A与保持系W9B花期叶片蛋白质组,发现不育系与保持系花期叶片存在蛋白质(多肽)的差异,可能与细胞质雄性不育的形成有关。
Using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) and MALDI-TOF-MS analysis, maps of leaf proteins from cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) and maintainer lines of popper were obtained and analysised. The results indicated there were several different protein spots, which may be related to male sterility of botany, distinguishing the leaves of CMS and maintainer lines during flowering.
