白内障患者与人工晶状体眼立体视的临床观察

摘要 目的观察白内障术后人工晶状体眼与白内障患者立体视功能的变化。方法分为白内障组(27例,54只眼)和人工晶状体眼组(26例,52只眼),分别检测远、近视力和远、近立体视锐度。结果人工晶状体眼组最佳矫正远视力、远矫正下的近视力及最佳矫正近视力均明显优于白内障组。白内障组和人工晶状体眼组远矫正下的远立体视锐度分别为200″和60″;远矫正下的近立体视锐度分别为140″和85″;近矫正下的近立体视锐度为70″和40″;人工晶状体眼组立体视功能明显改善。结论白内障患者人工晶状体植入术后的立体视功能明显改善。 Objective To compare the stereopsis function in patients of cataract and patients after intraocufar lens. Methods 53 patients were divided into cataract group (27 cases) and intraocular lens (IOL) group (26 cases). Best corrected distance vision acuity (BCDVA), distance-corrected near vision acuity (DCNVA) and best corrected near vision acuity (BCNVA) were checked. The stereoacuity with these vision acuity were calculated. Results BCDVA, DCNVA and BCNVA in IOL group was significantly better than cataract group. Distance stereoacuity with BCDVA in 2 groups were respectively were 200″ and 60″. And near stereoacuity with DCNVA and BCNVA in 2 groups were respectively were 140″ vs 85″ and 70″ vs 40″. IOL group had better stereopsis.
