摘要
EDS金插管上均布有3个7 mm×7.2 mm孔,加工要求严格。在分析了金插管结构特点的基础上,设计了1副3孔同冲模具,并详细介绍了模具的设计要点。与以往的逐孔单冲模相比,生产效率提高3倍,且质量稳定,成品率达到99%以上,损耗率降至0.3%。
There are three uniformly distributed 7mm×7.2mm holes on an EDS metaUic connecting tube, which punching precision is strictly required. On the basis of an analysis on the characteristic of the tube structure, a stamping die was developed to punch the three holes at one time. The key points in designing the die were described in detail. Compared with the conventional method of punching holes in sequence, the production efficiency is 3 times higher, the rate of finished products is up to 99%, and the attrition rate is down to 0. 3%.
