摘要
开发了材料消耗少、生产率高的触头座热挤压工艺及模具。为提高凹模强度,采用了组合凹模结构,并充分考虑了模具零部件的通用性,降低了模具制造成本;采用热挤压工艺生产触头座毛坯取得了良好的经济效益。
The hot extrusion technique and a die for ZF16-252 contact pedestal were developed. A combined die plate was applied in order to enhance its strength. The work blank of the pedestal was made by hot extrusion process. The die costs fewer raw materials but achieves high productivity.
