摘要
提出了一种基于函数变换原理的铂电阻传感器非线性校正方法.在函数变换原理的基础上导出了线性化条件的解析式,并给出了三种铂电阻温度计非线性校正电路,这三个电路具有相同的数学表达形式,为此对其中一个电路做了验证性实验.实验证明:在-200℃~+650℃范围内,测温误差小于±1℃.这种方法也可用于其它传感器非线性输出的校正.
A method for calibrating nonlinearity of platinum resistance transducers based on function transform principal is presented. An analytical expression for linearization condition is deduced. Three circuits for calibrating the nonlinearity output of platinum resistance thermometer are given, which have the same mathematical expression, and one of them is experimented. It is demonstrated experimentally that the maximum absolute error of measuring temperature is less than ±1℃ in the range from -200℃~+650℃. The method could be applied to other transducers.
