摘要
随着蛋白质工程的发展和蛋白质文库选择技术的出现,我们开始了对大量人工改造的作为结合分子的蛋白支架的探索,并且已经获得了有价值的结合蛋白支架,这就预示着用于生物技术和临床的抗体有了新的替代物。主要介绍了不同类型的结合蛋白支架以及它们的结构特征。
Increased understanding in protein engineering and powerful library selection technologies have triggered the exploration of numerous other protein architectures for the generation of designed binding molecules. Valuable protein-binding scaffolds have been obtained and represent promising alternatives to antibodies for biotechnological and, potentially,clinical applications.
