摘要
国外有关聚集的研究已经取得了许多成果,包括增长极理论、地域生产综合体理论、产业聚集理论、新产业区理论等。聚集现象与城市规模的变迁有很大的关联,聚集所以能够发生是因为能够创造节约,也正是与聚集相联系,城市规模才得以扩展。这可以从消费者行为理论、规模经济理论以及地租衰减理论得到很好的解释。在聚集规律的驱使下,城市规模的不断膨胀促使不同等级的城市得以产生。
There are many a research achievement regarding agglomeration, such as growth pole, regional production integrity, industrial agglomeration and new industrial district. There is bovious corelevance between the phenomenon and urban expansion. The cause for the emergence of agglomeration is the creation of agglomeration that leads to urban expansion. All this can demonstrated by way of the consumer behavior theory, scale economic theory and rent reduction theory. Driven by agglomeration cities at different levels emerge.
