摘要
利用菇渣基质为原料加入不同体积比的珍珠岩和蛭石形成菇渣复合育苗基质,在浇灌清水和营养液条件下,进行了甜椒营养钵育苗试验。结果表明,菇渣中全N、P、K含量显著高于草炭,T2(菇渣∶珍珠岩=3∶1)、T8(菇渣∶蛭石=4∶1)、T9(菇渣∶蛭石=3∶1)混合基质在两种浇灌方式下幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶面积、根体积、壮苗指数都显著高于CK(草炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1)。因此,在甜椒营养钵育苗中可使用菇渣复合基质代替草炭。
In the two ways of clear water and nutrient solution irrigation, pot cultivation of sweet pepper seedlings was carried out on the mushroom residue substrata mixed with perlite or vermiculite at a certain volumetric ratio. The results showed that the N, P and K contents of mushroom residue substrata were significantly higher than those of turf substrate, and in the two ways of irrigation the seedlings on the substrata T2 (mushroom residue: perlite = 3 : 1), T8 (mushroom residue: vermiculite = 3 : 1 ) and T9 (mushroom residue: vermiculite = 3 : 1 ) had significantly greater values in the plant height, stem thickness, leaf area, root volume and sound seedling index than the seedlings on the control substrate did. So in pot cultivation of sweet pepper seedlings the compound substrata of mushroom residue could substitute for a turf substrate.
