摘要
针对草莓生物学特性和贮藏特性,综合分析了草莓贮藏保鲜的品种选择、采前处理、采收及预冷技术、贮藏保鲜技术(包括低温保鲜、气调保鲜、辐射保鲜、涂膜保鲜和生物保鲜),并对草莓的保鲜技术作了展望。
The techniques of varieties selection, preharvest treatment, picking, precooling and storage & freshness retention for strawberry fruit were comprehensively analyzed, and the prospects for techniques ofkeeping strawberry fresh were also made according to it's biological and storage characteristics.
