摘要
主要对永磁无刷直流电动机换相过程进行理论分析,得到引起换相转矩脉动的原因。针对不同的速度区间,采用相应的削弱换相转矩脉动的方法,经过仿真分析和实验观测,验证理论分析的正确性和削弱转矩脉动方法的有效性。
The cause of producing the commutation torque ripple was mainly found by means of analyzing the commutation process of permanent magnet brushless DC motor in theory. Aiming at the different speed ranges, the corresponding minimization methods were adopted. The correctness of theoretic analysis and the validity of the minimization methods were verified by simulation and experiment.
