摘要
首先将好氧MBR污泥和厌氧MBR污泥分离成悬浮固体、胶体+溶解性物质和溶解性物质3种组分,然后通过测定污泥及各组分的比阻和压缩系数对两种MBR污泥的过滤性能进行比较研究.好氧MBR污泥的比阻明显大于厌氧MBR污泥的比阻,它们比阻的数量级都在10^14~10^16m/kg之间,压缩系数基本上大于0.75,说明两种MBR污泥都具有难以过滤且易于压缩的性质;在长期运行过程,好氧MBR污泥过滤性能的恶化程度明显大于厌氧MBR污泥过滤性能的恶化程度;两种MBR污泥各成分比阻大小的顺序均为:溶解性物质〉胶体+溶解性物质〉悬浮固体.
The sludge samples from aerobic and anaerobic MBRs were divided into three fractions: suspended solids, colloids + solutes and solutes. In order to compare the filtration characteristic of sludges from the two kinds of MBR, the specific cake resistance and the coefficient of compressibility of these fractions were mensurated. The specific cake resistance of sludge from aerobic MBR was higher than that of sludge from anaerobic MBR distinctly. The specific cake resistance of the two kinds of sludge was 1014 - 1016 m/kg and the cake compressibility of the two kinds sludge was more than 0.75 on the whole, indicating that the sludges were filtrated difficultly but compressed easily. During the experimental period, the performance of the sludge from aerobic MBR deteriorated more badly than that of the sludge from anaerobic MBR. Sequence of the specific cake resistance of the three kinds of fractions of the sludges was: solutes〉colloids + solutes〉suspended solids.
