摘要
本文主要采用冷冻蚀刻法和扫描电镜冷冻割断法,对家兔中毒性休克与呼吸窘迫综合症肺脏的细胞病理变化,进行了电镜对比观察。实验发现,呼吸窘迫综合症肺脏结构和细胞超微病理变化较中毒性休克明显。主要表现为微血栓形成,内皮细胞肿胀、变性,Ⅱ型细胞极层体排空等。作者对两者的基本超微病理变化,进行了对比分析。
This report was based on the TEM observation of freezeetched specimens and the SEM observation of freeze-cracked specimens. The specimens were obtained from the rabbit' s lungs of experi mental toxic shock and respiratory distress syndrome(RDS). The observations revealed that the ultrastructural lesions of RDS were comparatively more significant than those of toxic shock. The findings in rabbit' S lungs of RDS were microthrombosis, swelling and de-generation of endothelial cells, evacuation and degradation of lamellar bodies of type II pulmo- nocytes, etc. The authors compared and analysed the ultrastructural lesions of RDS and toxic Shock.
