摘要
现阶段我国政府危机管理绩效评估存在政府与市场关系的偏差、激励机制和惩罚机制不健全、绩效评估体系不科学等问题。我国政府危机管理研究体系中。绩效评估研究是薄弱的一环。需要进一步研究绩效评估在政府危机管理体系中的地位及其与该体系中其他因素之间的关系.进一步提升我国各级政府的公共危机管理意识和应对能力。
At present, there are some problems in Chinese performance evaluation of public crisis management, for example, the relation between government and market has some warp, inspiration and punish system are defective, and so on. In the research of Chinese government crisis management, performance evaluation is the most unsubstantial. Therefore, in order to improve the crisis management realization and the responding ability of all level Chinese government, the position of performance evaluation in public crisis management, and its relationship with the other factors in the system should be further researched.
