摘要
将机械动力学与有限元分析方法相结合,建立了机构动平衡实验台振动测量的仿真方法。通过将轴承座设为柔体,对比分析了平面四杆机构平衡前后的振动情况。通过仿真计算,有利于在设计阶段掌握机构的平衡程度,该方法对同类复杂机构的动平衡分析具有参考价值。
Let the mechanical dynamics be combined with the method of finite element analysis to establish the simulation method of vibration measurement of dynamics balancing testbed of mechanism. By means of setting the bearing pedestal as a flexible body, the vibration conditions of planar four-bar linkage before and after balance were analyzed in contrast. It is advantageous to master the equilibrium level of mechanism in the designing stage by way of simulative calculation. This method possesses value of references on the dynamic balancing analysis of the complicated mechanisms of the same kind.
