摘要
以琯溪蜜柚为试材,采用冷激结合魔芋涂膜处理方法对采后蜜柚保鲜效果进行研究,结果表明,冷激结合魔芋涂膜处理能有效地抑制蜜柚果枯水,较好地保持蜜柚果实原有的营养成分。
The effect of cold shock and konjac glucomannan film treatment on some physiological activities guanxi honey pummelo of postharvest is investigated. The results showed that the treatment inhibited the granulation of fruit granulation, remained the original qualities and flavor.
