摘要
采用粉煤灰-Fenton氧化法联合处理高浓度有机实验室废水。在粉煤灰吸附的最佳条件下对Fenton氧化的最佳条件进行研究,考察了pH、氧化时间、H2O2投加量、FeSO4投加量以及H2O2投加方式等因素对COD去除的影响。结果表明:反映时间为2h、H2O2投加量为0.05mL/mL、c(H2O2)∶c(FeSO4)为10∶1、pH为3时是最佳实验条件,此时废水COD的去除率达90%以上,色度去除率达99%以上。
Using combined process of fly coal ash adsorption and Fenton oxidation treat lab organic wastewater with high concentration. The best reaction conditions of Fenton oxidation were studied under the best fly coal ash adsorption conditions. The tested factors include pH, reaction time, H202 dosages, FeSO4 dosages, and the injected way of H202. The result showed that the best test conditions are. when reaction time is 2 h, H202 is 0.05 mL/mL, c(H202): c(FeSO4) is 10:1 and pH value is 3. removal rates of COD and chromaticitv are over 90% and 99% respectively.
