57例皮炎湿疹类皮肤病斑贴试验结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨皮炎湿疹类皮肤病接触性致敏原及其特点。方法以标准筛选抗原斑对57例皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者进行斑贴试验。结果57例患者中45例对20种标准筛选抗原中的18种出现1种或1种以上抗原阳性反应,总阳性反应率78.9%,其中以硫酸镍阳性率最高,达26.3%,其余依次为重铬酸钾、氯化钴、硫柳汞、芳香混合物。湿疹、脐周皮炎及汗疱疹之间抗原阳性反应率无统计学差异,但明显高于颜面再发皮炎的抗原阳性反应率(P<0.01)。结论斑贴试验有助于明确皮炎湿疹类变态反应性皮肤病及接触性致敏原及其性质,并有助于系统性接触性皮炎的预防。 Objective To explore the characteristics of contact allergens in eczema and dermatitis. Methods Fifty - seven cases of eczema and dermatitis were tested with a standardized screening antigen kit provided by immunity research lab in department of dermatology of the first hospital affiliated to Nanjing medical university. Resuits Of the 57 patients tested , 78.9% (45/57)had at least one positive allergen among 18 of 20 standardized creening antigen. The top five allergens were nickel sulfate( 26.3 % ), potassium dichromate( 21.1% ), cobalt chloride( 17.5 %), thimerosal(17.5 %), fragrant mix(10.5 %). The positive reaction rates to allergens among eczema, navel dermatitis and pompholyx had no statistical difference, but was significantly higher than that in facial recurrent dermatitis P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Patchtesting is helpful in identifying the property of contact allergens in para eczema and dermatitis dermatosis, and preventing systemic contact dermatitis(SCD).
