摘要
文中通过对某门型起重机主梁力学特性的分析,考虑主梁起吊工作载荷是在主梁轨道上的移动载荷,应用有限元软件ANSYS对现有主梁进行了强度分析,计算分析结果表明其强度过于富裕,进而以主梁几种主要型钢结构参数设计变量,运用ANSYS APDL语言编制了结构优化程序,主梁结构优化结果表明,其应力分布更加合理,最大应力下降4.8%,整体重量下降16%,最大挠度上升50%,仍然符合设计标准。
