摘要
通过理论分析和实验研究,探讨了人造宝石刚玉晶体材料微孔激光加工工艺参数中激光脉冲的能量、脉冲宽度、离焦量、脉冲激光的重复频率对微孔直径和孔深的影响,确定了微孔激光加工工艺参数的有效匹配组合方法.
By theoretical analysis and test research, this paper introduces the effect of tiny-hole laser machining parameters, such as energy of the laser pulse, width of the laser pulse, and repetition frequency of the laser pulse on the diameter and depth of the tiny hole for synthetic corundum material. Principle for proper combination for these laser machining parameters is proposed.
