摘要
介绍了涤棉磨绒织物分散/活性同浆印花产品的生产工艺,分析了前处理、印花以及印后整理的具体工艺及操作注意事项。测试结果表明,采用分散/活性同浆印花工艺,各项指标均能达到或超过部颁标准,产品强力和缩水率均优于全棉活性磨绒印花产品,且产品绒面细腻,手感柔软。
The printing process of sanded polyester-cotton fabric with disperse/reactive dyes in one paste was introduced. The detailed process and operation for attention in pretreatment, printing and finishing were analyzed. With this process, the various indexes of printed fabric can reach and exceed the standard, the strength and water shrinkage of the products are better than those of reactive printed products of cotton fabric. The products has fine pile face and soft handle.
