原发性高血压患者餐后血脂水平的动态分析 被引量:1

摘要 测定52例原发性高血压患者和45例健康者的空腹、脂肪餐后2、4、6、8 h 的血脂水平,结果显示,原发性高血压患者空腹及餐后各时间点的甘油三酯和总胆固醇曲线下面积均显著高于血压正常者(P<0.05),餐后2、4、6、8 h 的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低(P<0.05),总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B则显著升高(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。提示原发性高血压患者脂肪餐后甘油三酯水平异常升高,伴高密度脂蛋白胆同醇的降低是其血脂代谢异常的重要内容之一。
