补阳还五汤多糖的微波辅助提取研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用单因素实验和正交实验法,进行了微波辐射萃取补阳还五汤多糖的最佳工艺条件研究。探讨了不同微波辐射时间、微波功率及料液比等条件对多糖得率的影响。结果表明,在微波辐射时间20min,微波功率325W,料液比为1:7,补阳还五汤中多糖得率为7.75%。微波辅助萃取大大缩短了提取时间,节省了溶剂,提高了收率。 The optimum extracting condition for polysaccharides from Bu-yang-huang-wu-tang by microwave-assisted extraction (MAE)was studied using single factor experiment and orthogonal method. The MAE conditions, such as the extraction time, microwave power and liquid-solid radio were all studied to obtain maximum extraction rate. The most suitable conditions for the extraction were shown as follows: the extracting time was 20 min, the microwave power was 325 W, and liquid-solid radio was 1 : 7, and the extraction rate of polysaccharides came to 7.75%. Compared with direct heating extraction, MAE can shorten the extracting time, reduce the consumption of solvent and improve yield of polysaccharides.
