摘要
报道了X射线衍射和电子衍射在研究锂离子正极材料LiCoO2晶体结构中的作用。测定了不同温度下合成的LiCoO2以及脱锂态产物LixCoO2(0<x<1)的晶体结构。X射线衍射反映了LiCoO2粉末颗粒晶体结构的统计性集体特征,电子衍射反映了LiCoO2单颗粒的精细晶体结构特征,2种方法结合起来才能较为全面地考察LiCoO2粉末颗粒的晶体结构,从而为采取综合措施提高其电化学性能提供依据。
The roles of X-ray diffraction and electron diffraction have been reported in crystal structure study of LiCoO2, the cathode materials of lithium ion battery. The crystal structures of the LiCoO2 synthesised at different temperatures and the delithiated product LixCoO2 (0〈x〈1) were determined. Since X-ray diffraction only reflects the statistical crystal structure characteristics of LiCoO2 powder, and electron diffraction only reflects the refined crystal structure characteristics of the single LiCoO2 particle, it should be effective to take the advantages of both of the two methods, so as to supply evidences for taking measurements to improve electrochemical properties of LiCoO2.
