摘要
杭州餐饮经过20多年的改革与发展,取得了注目的成绩。但是,随着信息技术和互联网的蓬勃发展,信息技术已渗透到我们生活的方方面面,成为社会发展的一种趋势或潮流。根据现代餐饮的发展要求,将信息技术及时地运用到餐饮管理、服务和制作过程中,从而促进杭州餐饮业逐步走上模块化生产的信息化生产阶段,使杭州餐饮整体水平向国际标准靠拢或早日接轨国际餐饮标准。
With the innovation and development during more than twenty years, the Hangzhou dining industry has achieved a large success. The Informafization has immersed into every aspect of our life and has become the tide and trend of the human society by the booming development of information technology and internet. This article deeply study and discuss the Hangzhou dining industry, and using the information technology to the management, service and produce of the dining by accord with the demanding of the modem dining industry, for the sake of pushing and advancing the whole level of Hangzhou dining industry to informatization and modularize production period in order to make the anastomosis with the international dining informatization standard as soon as possible.
