摘要
脉管型双活塞斯特林制冷机采用脉管(热缓冲管)将膨胀活塞从低温端移至常温端,提高了系统的可靠性.本文采用油润滑压缩机作为脉管型双活塞斯特林制冷机的驱动源,利用弹性膜传递声功并将制冷机侧的工作气体与压缩机侧被污染的气体隔开,解决了大功率无油润滑压缩机成本高且难以获得的问题.初步实验以氨气为工质在2.5 MPa、15 Hz工况时,-80℃获得了200 W的制冷量,-9℃获得了400 W的制冷量。为低成本、高效率、-80℃温区的大制冷量制冷机提供了一个新的选择.
Pulse-tube two-piston type Stirling refrigerator (PTTPSR) improves system reliability by using a pulse tube (thermal buffer tube) and moving the expansion piston from low temperature to ambient temperature. In this article, an oil-lubricated compressor is used to drive the PTTPSR, inside which a membrane is used to transfer acoustic work and separate the working gas in the refrigerator from being contaminated by the gas in the compressor. This solves a problem of high expenditure and difficult availability of high-power oil-free compressor. In the preliminary experiment, cooling capacities of 200 W at -80℃ and 400 W at -9℃ are achieved. It gives a new alternative technology of low-cost, high efficiency refrigerator with large cooling capacity at -80℃ temperature range.
