摘要
目的 观察抗衰保心汤对充血性心力衰竭（CHF）及血浆一氧化氮（NO）、内皮素（田）的影响。方法 选择88例CHF患者，随机分为2组，对照组以西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服抗衰保心汤，每日1剂，水煎取汁300mL，分2～3次服用。疗程均3周，观察疗效，并检测治疗前后血浆NO、ET水平变化。结果 治疗组总有效率、显效率分别为92．00％、54．00％，显著优于对照组73．68％、34．21％（P均〈0．05）。2组治疗后与治疗前比较血浆NO及ET含量均明显降低（P均〈0．01），且2组治疗后血浆NO及田含量变化比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 抗衰保心汤可改善CHF心功能，并有恢复NO与田之间合成释放平衡的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Kangshuaibaoxin decoction on No and ET in blood plasma and patients with congestive heart failure. Methods 88 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into control group, which was treated by routine therapy, and treatment group, which was treated by combination of routine therapy and Kangshuaibaoxin decoction （a dose of 300 mL every day）. The therapeutic course was 3 weeks in both groupIs. The changes of NO and ET in blood plasma were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate and excellence rate in treatment group （92.00%, 54.00%）were higher than those in control group （73.68%, 34.21%, P 〈 0.05）. The levels of NO and ET in blood plasma after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment in both groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） . There were significant differences of NO and ET between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Kangshuaibaoxin decoction has a good effect on congestive heart failure, and adjust release of NO and ET.
