摘要
在对比国内外电机特性测控系统的基础上,结合高校相关课程实验的需要,设计了基于虚拟仪器的电机实验系统。该系统利用磁粉制动器实现了对电机的加载,用数据采集卡和定时/计数卡实现对电机的控制,利用数字式转矩转速传感器采集转速与转矩信号;充分利用LabVIEW图形化开发平台的优势,将电机的控制和测试变得智能化;在机械结构的设计上,通过不同尺寸联轴器的拆装使该测试系统能适用于不同电机的控制和特性测量。利用此系统可以方便地对电机的控制性能进行测试。
Based on comparison of electric machine control and measure system natively and abroad, the electric machine experiment system was designed with LabVIEW combining with requirement of courses experiment in the college-Magnetic powder brake was used to accomplish electric machine loading. Data acquisition card and timing count card were used to control electric machine. Making use ofLabVIEW' s advantages, it makes electric machine controlling and measuring intelligently. In the design of the mechanical structure, the need of removing and assembling various sized shaft couplings was considered. This system could control different electric machines and measure their different parameters finally.
