摘要
聚合多元酸和改性聚醚通过自组装可形成超分子。研究表明,两者的组装比例不同得到的超分子性能不同,并确定了超分子性能最佳时两者的组装比例。当两者的物质的量比为1∶1时,生成的超分子溶液在组装过程中释放的热量最大,形成的超分子自组膜溶胀率最小,对石英砂的粘合力最大,胶结砂柱的抗压强度最大。该研究可为超分子技术应用于油田防砂提供参考。
Supermolecules can be synthesized through self-assembly of polyacid(A)and modified polyether(B). Research results show that properties o.' supermolecule are different for different assembly ratio,and the assembly ratio of A and B is determined at the best properties of the supermolecule. When the mole ratio of A to B reaches 1:1 ,the largest calorie gives off in assembly process, and expansibility of the formed supermolecule film is the lowest with the most adhesive ability to quartz sand and the strongest compressive resistance of the cemented sand column. The research contributes a good reference to application of the supermolecule technique to sand control in oilfield.
