摘要
针对顺序输送管道在运行过程中的停输现象,建立了动量传递质量传递耦合的非稳态停输混油数学模型。利用PHOENICS 3.6软件进行停输过程数值模拟,通过算例分析了柴油前行、汽油后行在管道上下坡等工况下停输后的混油机理及不同工况条件下停输对混油量的影响。
Aimed at the phenomenon of shutdown batching pipeline,effectiveness of the gravity of oil products in the duct,the 3D unsteady contamination numerical calculation mode is set up, from mass and momentum transfer coupling, based on PHOENICS 3. 6 software. The analysis is made on the contamination mechanism under the shutdown conditions for the former diesel oil-back gasoline,the uphill pipeline or downhill pipeline and so on.
