摘要
中国科学技术大学的实践表明:新政策、新机制带来了国家助学贷款工作的新活力、新成效,同时也凸现了学校、银行与贷款学生之间的新问题。对此,提出以下几点解决措施:加强诚信教育,提高信用意识;全社会共同建立和完善个人征信体系;贷款管理应从行政机制逐步过渡到市场机制;进一步完善银行服务项目以及激励政策。
Student loan-related work at USTC shows that new policies and mechanisms have resulted in remarkable achievements and vitality. There have occurred, however, some new problems among the university, the banks and the students receiving loans. Measures are recommended for solving the problems., strengthening education for honesty, raising credit awareness, developing a comprehensive personal credit system, establishing a market-oriented loan management mechanism, and improving bank service and incentive policy.
