摘要
用试验的方法研究了灰斗结构对PV型旋风分离器性能的影响规律,得出灰斗的最佳直径db在(0.7-0.75)D(D为分离器筒体直径)之间,其最佳高度h在(1.2-1.5)db之间,灰斗结构变化对分离器压降影响很小。
The influence law of bin structure on the PV type cyclone separator cyclone performance was summarized by experimental research. The results of the research showed that the optimal bin radius was (0.7 -0.75 )D( D is the radius of cyclone), when the bin length was ( 1.2 - 1.5 ) db the performance was the best. The bin structures have no effect on the pressure drop of PV type cyclone separator.
