摘要
目的探讨IgA肾病(IgAN)患者的抑郁症状的临床特点及相关因素分析。方法选择73例IgAN患者,用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查。结果45%IgAN患者具有抑郁临床表现,其中易倦、性兴趣减退、兴趣丧失、易激惹、忧郁、能力下降、睡眠障碍、不安、生活空虚感、无用感等抑郁症状常见。抑郁临床表现患者中,以受教育程度高、从事体力劳动者为主(P<0.05),抑郁表现与病程及婚姻相关(P<0.05),与病情的严重程度无关。结论在IgAN患者中存在一定程度的抑郁症状,诊治过程中要关注患者的心理和情绪。
Objective To investigate the level of depression in patients with IgA nephropathy （IgAN）. Methods Seventythree patients with IgAN were investigated with questionnaire of self rating depressive scale （SDS）. Results 45 percent of these patients had clinical features of depression. Tiredness, hyposexuality, hebetude, irritability, depression, hypoability, insommia, uneasiness, vacuity and inutility were more common. Most of these patients were educated manual worker （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of depression was related with disease course and marriage statue （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while not with the severity of IgAN. Conclusions Patients with IgAN have symptoms of depression to a certain extent. Doctors should pay close attention to their mentality and emotion in diagnosis and treatment of the patients with IgAN.
