摘要
目的探讨异环磷酰胺联合足叶乙甙方案化疗对老年小细胞肺癌患者的疗效和毒副反应,探索适合70岁以上老年人小细胞肺癌的治疗方案。方法对24例老年小细胞肺癌(≥70岁)患者4周期的近期疗效、毒副作用进行分析。结果Ⅱ期有效率为80%,Ⅲ期有效率为90%,Ⅳ期有效率为77．8%,总有效率为83．3%,并且主要毒副作用为白细胞下降和恶心、呕吐,患者尚能耐受。结论异环磷酰胺联合足叶乙甙化疗方案对老年小细胞肺癌患者治疗有效,耐受性好。
Objective To observe the activity and toxicity of ifosfamide plus VP-16 （IE） protocol in the treatment of elder small cell lung cancer and search for suitable therapeutic regimen for small cell lung cancer in elderly patients. Methods 24 elder patients （≥70 years） with small lung cancer were evaluated after received four courses of chemotherapy of IE regimen. Results The response rate （complete responses and partial responses） was 80% in stage Ⅲ, 90% in stage Ⅲ and 77.8% in stage Ⅳ, and the overall response rate was 83.3%. The most common side effects were leukopenia, nausea and vomiting. Conclusion IE regimen is effective and safe in the treatment of elder patients with small cell lung cancer.
