摘要
目的评价2005年全国消除碘缺乏病健康教育效果。方法在全国31个省（区、市）和新疆生产建设兵团，采用学生应答试卷与家庭主妇入户问卷调查。结果全国有12个省份5年级学生组平均分超过60．0分，其中最高陕西84．0分，最低青海29．6分，全国平均分为57．2分，及格率为47．6％，100分所占百分比为18．6％：全国有27个省份家庭主妇平均分超过60．0分，仅有海南、重庆、青海、西藏、甘肃平均分低于60．0分；家庭主妇组的全国平均分为82．6分，及格率为90．5％，100分所占百分比为24．1％。结论家庭主妇组的健康知晓情况好于学生组，学校对学生进行碘缺乏病危害与防治知识的宣传，依然是今后防治工作需认真对待的问题。
Objective To evaluate effects of Chinese healthy education on iodine deficiency disorders （IDD） in 2005. Methods Investigation was conducted using combined unified questionnaire in 32 provincial units. Results The average scores of school students was over 60.0 in 12 provinces, with the highest being 84.0 in Shaanxi and the lowest 29.6 in Qinghai, while it was 57.2 nationally. 47.6% of the students got a mark above 60.0, and i8.6% got 100 at the country level; The average scores of housewives was over 60.0 in 27 provinces, the average score was less than 60.0 in Hainan, Chongqing, Qinghai, Tibet and Gansu. The average scores of housewives was 82.6, 90.5% passed the exam with a percentages of 24.1% being 100 score at the national level. Conclusions The housewives group was better than students group in the awareness of healthy education on IDD control. Therefore, the propaganda of knowledge about risks and control of IDD in students is an important work in the future.
