摘要
教学是教师最神圣的职责。教学改革深入发展要求教师教学方式也要不断地变化,以适应不同层次的教学要求。然而,教师如何运作才能培养学生对所学知识产生兴趣,并激发学生自身的学习能力呢?根据病理实验课教学工作中的经历和学生学习过程中产生的一些问题,探索在新的教育观念指导下,应如何改进教学方式和方法。
Teaching is the most sacred job of teachers. Further development of teaching innovation requires the continual alteration of teaching methods. In doing so, teachers would get the ability to meet the requirement of different teaching levels. However, what is the right way for teachers to enlighten and educate student's interests in knowledge and thus to stimulate their potentials of serf-learning in practical teaching?. Combined with experimental teaching experience of pathology and some questions produced from student's feedbacks as subjects, the authors actively explore how to adapt the teaching ways and methods under the guidance of new educational concepts.
