摘要
国防科技工业固定资产投资项目管理,应结合组织结构理论、项目管理理论、组织行为学理论以及高等教育组织结构理论,通过项目组织的环境、结构分析以及结构的设计和运用,构建以某一职能部门为核心的项目组织结构,发挥有效组织结构的作用,实现高等院校国防科技工业固定资产投资项目的建设目标。
The management of investment project in fixed assets in defense science and technology industry of collages and universities should base on the following theories： structure, project management, organizational behavior, and structures of colleges and universities, Through the project organizational conditions and the analysis, design and application of the structures, the colleges and universities will establish a structure of the project focused on a certain functional department, give full play to its function, and realize its construction planning.
