摘要
建立了简化二维非稳态温度场数值模型,模拟了一个平板试验件激光熔敷过程,采用ANSYS软件对温度场的分布进行了求解,其计算结果与已有文献结果吻合较好,表明可以采用此计算方法提供的初始温度值和非接触测量温度变化量来控制激光熔敷工艺参数。
A 2-D quasi stationary temperature field model in laser cladding is developed,The laser cladding temperature field are calculated and simulated with ANSYS software.It is shown that the simulation results are approximately consistent with the experiment one.According the result the laser cladding process can be controlled strictly by the temperature field simulation.
