摘要
目的:建立以固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定枇杷止咳胶囊中吗啡含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为LichrospherC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.005mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(5∶47.5∶47.5),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为220nm。结果:吗啡进样量在0.2335~1.8680μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.6%(RSD=1.2%,n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可有效控制该制剂中吗啡的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determination of Morphine in Pipazhike soft capsules by using SPE-HPLC. METHODS: SPE condition: C18 cartridge. 15mL MeOH-water (3 : 1) and 5mL water were used as elution solvent. RESULTS: Morphine had a good linearity in the rang of 0.233 5-1.868 0μg(r = 0.999 9) .The average recovery rate was 97.6% (RSD = 1.2%, n = 5) . CONCLUSION: This method is simple, accurate, and reproducible, and can be used to effectively control the content of Morphine in Pipazhike soft capsules.
