摘要
介绍了南水北调中线河南受水区的概况,分析了受水区水资源开发利用中存在的问题,以及规划水平年的供需水情况,建立了受水区水资源优化配置模型,探讨了交互式多目标决策方法、大系统分解协调技术、遗传算法相结合的模型求解方法,并对结果进行了分析。优化配置结果表明:受水区水资源供需矛盾基本解决,缓解了地下水的开采压力。最后讨论了研究过程中的一些问题。
Taking Henan intake district of the middle route of South-to-North Water Transferring Project as an example, the general situation of the intake district is introduced. The problems existed in the explitation and utilization of water resources in the district and the water demand-supply situation in water non-leap year are analyzed. The optimal allocation model of water resources in the intake district is established, and the solution of the model which is composed of the interactive multi-object decision methods, the large scale theory and decomposition-coordination technology and genetic algorithm is discussed. The results of the optimal allocation show that the inconsistent water demand-supply problem is basically solved, and the stress from the groundwater exploitation is released. Finally, some issues occured in the course of the study are also discussed.
