摘要
为了探明餐厨垃圾好氧堆肥机理,促进好氧堆肥技术在我国餐厨垃圾处理领域的应用和推广,通过理论分析和实验研究,对餐厨垃圾堆体温度、pH值、可溶性碳氮比、含水率和有机质等好氧堆肥过程参数随时间的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明,堆制过程中,餐厨垃圾堆体温度先升后降.升温阶段较短,高温期维持了6d,基本可以满足灭菌要求;堆体pH值产生一定波动,但总体仍保持在4.5~8.0;堆肥初期,堆体碳氮比相对较高,随着生物反应的加快,碳源消耗较快,碳氮比开始正常下降.另外.堆体含水率和有机质含量的变化和控制对于堆肥效果具有显著意义.
In order to study the composting mechanism of restaurant garbage, and to promote the application of the aerobic composting technology to China's restaurant garbage treatment, the process parameters of composting such as temperature, pH, dissoluble C/N, moisture content and organic content of the composting material were investigated by theoretical analysis and experimental research. The results showed that, during composting, the temperature of composting material rises at first and then descends. The rising period of temperature is very short and the period on high temperature lasts 6 days which could meet the sterilization requirement. The pH value of the composting material has some fluctuations, but it keeps in the range 4.5-8.0 generally. The ratio of C/N is relatively high at the beginning of composting. Parallel with the acceleration of biological reaction, the carbon source is consumed more quickly. Consequently, the ratio of C/N decreases. Additionally, the variation and control of the moisture and organic content in the composting garbage have significant effects on the composting product.
