摘要
在兔股骨粉碎性骨折创伤模型上观察了川芎嗪的保护效应。发现动物创伤后,血压呈进行性降低趋势,逐渐陷入休克低血压状态。并出现血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及组织蛋白酶D(CD)活性增高的组织损伤表现和肺水肿、胃粘膜缺损等器官损伤表现,与此同时血浆和组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量及组织细胞内钙含量均增高。而应用川芎嗪进行防治,则上述损伤变化明显减轻。防止了创伤性休克的发生和发展。提示:川芎嗪具有抗创伤效应。
In order to investigate the mechanism of traumatic shock and effect of ligustrazine, a medel of rabbit traumatic shock was preduced. It was found that after trauma the animal blood presure continually decreased and shock developed. While shock developing, the malondialdehyde (MDA)content, the metabolite of lipid peroxides, and the cathepsin-D significantly increased in plasma. In the tissue, the MDA and calcium content significantly increased too. At the same time, gastric ulcer and the pulmonary edema occurred. However, treatment with ligustrazine in traumatic rabbits could alleviate the changes as mentioned above and avoid shock. It was suggested that ligustrazine can protect rabbit against trauma.
