摘要
目的探讨颈部外周神经源性肿瘤的影像学表现及其诊断价值。方法对22例颈部外周神经源性肿瘤(包括神经鞘瘤13例,神经纤维瘤8例,颈动脉体瘤1例)行CT扫描,5例同时行MRI扫描。结果颈部外周神经源性肿瘤因发生的解剖部位较特殊,依据肿瘤邻近间隙、肌肉及血管等的移位方向,可大体推测出其来自于哪一组神经。神经鞘瘤影像学上多呈不均匀低密度或混杂信号包块,增强后不均匀现象更明显。结论CT和MRI扫描是诊断颈部外周神经源性肿瘤的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations of the cervical peripheral neurogenic tumors and to assess their diagnostic value. Methods Twenty-two cases of peripheral neurogenic tumors of the neck, including 13 schwannomas, eight neurofibromas, and one carotid body tumor, underwent CT scanning, five of them received MRI at the same time. Results The tumors could be easily identified on CT or MRI because of their special anatomic sites. Based on the displacement of the adjacent structures, such as tissue space, muscles and vessels, the nerves from which the tumor originated could be roughly inferred. The schwannoma presented masses with unevenly low density or heterogeneous signals, which would be more obvious after contrast enhancement. Conclusion CT and MRI are effective for the diagnosis of cervical peripheral neurogenic tumors.
