摘要 目的了解荨麻疹病人的食入与吸入过敏原情况。方法采用酶免疫分析法,对352例病人同时行吸入性过敏原和食入性过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测。结果吸入性过敏原阳性率为88.86%,其中以花粉、豚草为主要致病过敏原;食入性过敏原阳性率为82.57%,以花生、大豆、鱼为主要致病过敏原。结论食入性过敏原及吸入性过敏原与荨麻疹的发病密切相关。 Objective To investigate the status of inhaled and ingested allergen in patients urticaria. Methods Antigen-specific IgE antibody of inhaled and ingested allergens was detected by ELISA in 352 patients with urticaria. Results Of the patients, 88.86% showed positive results of inhaled allergens which were mainly pollen and ragweed ;82. 57% were positive with ingested allergens which were mainly peanut, soybean and fish. Conclusion Both inhaled and ingested allergens are closely related to urticaria
