摘要
对武汉市两个建筑功能不同的建筑物中运行的地下水源热泵系统的运行状况进行了实地调查研究。结果表明:在利用地下水源热泵的住宅建筑中,热泵机组的用电量最大,占整个机房用电量的68.29%,其次为空调水循环泵、潜水泵和循环泵;在夏季,办公楼空调系统平均每日用电量0.38kWh/(d·m^2),而住宅楼空调系统是0.14kWh/(d·m^2),低于武汉市典型公共建筑集中空调系统单位建筑面积耗电量;办公楼空调系统耗电量高于住宅楼。
Two cases of application of the groundwater heat pump systems (GWSPS) for two different functional buildings (office and residential buildings) was investigated. The results demonstrate that the electricity consumption of the heat pump unit for residential buildings is maximal term among electricity consumption of all the equipments, which accounts for about 68.29%. Next is in turn that of recirculation pump of air conditioning water, and groundwater pump. In summer,the electricity consumption of the air conditioning systems for office building is 0.38kWh/(d·m^2), then that of the air conditioning systems for residential buildings is 0.14 kWh/(d·m^2). Both are lower than that the electricity consumption of the air conditioning systems for typical commercial buildings. The electricity consumption of the air conditioning systems for office building is greater than that for residence building.
