中国发展对外直接投资的理论分析被引量：4

摘要就中国对外直接投资(FDI)的现状而言,尽管其在流量上的增长速度表现出强劲的势头,但若从存量上进行比较,则可以发现中国的FDI存量不仅无法同发达国家的相提并论,甚至还不及某些发展中国家的水平,这就使得在目前的国内学术界有相当一部分学者对我国进行FDI产生了怀疑甚至是否定的态度。为此,本文借助于严格的理论分析,得出了现阶段我国应该进行FDI的基本结论,并在此基础上进一步给出我国进行FDI时有关政府与企业行为的一个基本定位。
