摘要
由于对安全性、稳定性的要求极高,核电行业的风险管理一直是一个热门的话题,其中供应风险管理是核安全管理最为重要的问题之一,对核电站安全、稳定运行具有重要影响。研究了基于群决策的核电站供应风险测度方法,运用层次分析法比较风险要素权重;根据专家判断矩阵之间的相似性赋予各专家权重;结合风险要素打分和专家权重得到各风险要素的综合风险当量,使得结果更加科学。
Risk management in the nuclear industry has been a hot and stability. Supplying risk management is of significance for the topic due to the demand of strict security nuclear safety. A risk measure method is presented under the group decision making environment. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process method the weights of risk factors are determined, and the weight of each expert is formulated according to the similarity of judgment matrix. And then, the comprehensive risk exposure can be achieved by integrating the risk assessment and the expert weight. The proposed method could be helpful for managers to develop a well - structured risk management decision.
