摘要
以网壳的曲率半径、厚度、对称扇形曲面的个数、层数以及杆件截面积为设计变量,对双层Kiewitt型球面网壳以总造价为目标进行结构优化设计,结果表明,总造价降低22.36%,比常见的只对构件截面尺寸优化(总造价降低8.50%)的优化效果显著.
Shelly radius,thickness, symmetrical sector numbers, layer numbers and the area of steel tube are regarded as design variants, and the overall cost of roles and nodes are regarded as objective function. The result of optimization indicates that the cost is reduced by 22.36 percent. The result shows more remarkable optimization effect than just optimizing the cross - section size,of which the overal cost is reduced by 8.50%.
